Hi Claudia!

Just wanted to drop you a note and say how happy we are with our boy Blaze! He's
doing very well and already knows the following: sit, down, stay, kennel, come,
give and is fetching!
We couldn't be happier, too bad duck season is so far away. Still working on
getting him to not destroy the duck wings, but he's really starting on keying in
on their scent with the hide and seek games. Anyhow, hope all is well, talk to
you soon!
Thanks,
Scott

Hey!
Just saying hello! I wanted to send you some
new pics and video of Rammers! He is going
to be at the big horn show this weekend!
He is just the best darn little pup ever,
and nothing phases him I feel!
He is so calm and obedient that the guy
helping me train him is like let's just work
on bringing out the wild side in him!
He is awesome!
Thanks Josh

One of Sep's pups went to DU in Quincy,WA. I donated him and Claudia and went up and spent the weekend and went to the banquet. A guy from DU came and picked him up about a month before the banquet and worked with him.

He was going to be auctioned off and I was suppose to go up and give some background on the dog and breeding.

He was won is a special raffle where the winner got his choice of any of the auction items. This guy choose the puppy. Some of the auction items went for 2-3 thousand dollars, but he choose the puppy. They had a big poster board up with about 24 picture of him retrieving in a cut corn field and they also had in on a leash all during the evening walking him around so people could see and pet him. Great little pup!

Dan and Claudia are down to earth normal sweet people that everything on this ad is a fact! We have a new puppy from them that is the best puppy we have ever had. My husband and I have been long time hunters in the north west and have never had a pup like this! They are who they say they are!
Blessings to all!

Can't say enough! My dog is smart, fast and loyal as can be. Hunts and never wears out, field or water. LOVE your dogs! When they have a litter, buy one you will not regret it. Selah Washington is a great area but even better with people such as Dan and Claudia @ kanyon Kennels and their Labs!

I have never seen such an athletic puppy in my life and he so darn smart for a puppy! He has such a good demeanor for being so young. Claudia was so helpful through the process of picking out  I had a million questions. She was always and still is very quick to respond to any puppy/hunting/training question I may have! Thank you Claudia for making this important life changing decision easier!

 Hi Claudia and Dan!

I hope all is going well at the Kennel? Any new news from Rambo's family? Well I hadn't giving you an update lately but Rambo is doing well. He just received his AKC junior title last weekend! So he know has his Narha Started Retriever title and his AKC JH title. Now it is on to the big leagues in the Senior division:( crap! We have started working on his handling and he seems to progressing well. We will see when we start doing blinds though?! I sent u a couple pics. When I get a good pic of him looking all studly I will send you a pic. He is a very good looking boy as he grows up. Long and muscular but still has a puppy face. I get a lot of comments on how beautiful he is! Alot! I don't know he is just my dog but I guess he is a heartthrob. I got one pic of his face in his wire crate I put on there after training.I will get you a good pic of him soon these ones were just what had recently on my phone. He has a big head and when he puts his ears out he looks pretty darn cool! He is not the fastest dog but for being around 75 pounds and yet to grow into his frame he can jump vertically and side to side like a cat. It is unbelievable sometimes! He is scary athletic sometimes. Oh yeah and he is still also Jessica's cuddling baby. He doesn't have a mean bone in his body. He just a great dog for being only a year and half! I may be biase but I just don't think there are many all around hunting/family dogs that are like him out there!

Dan and Claudia, I can not thank you enough! Kit is awesome.
He is a true asset to our family and is a family member and is great with the kids. He is a great pup and now a start to a wonderful hunting partner! I can’t even put into words what it was like with him opening day. You would think he had been doing it all along…he rocked! Out shown my friends 7 year old dog that has been in the blind for 6 years! But most of all he fits us to a tee! A thousand thanks’!!!                       Brian& Lisa Boyds and Family
 Hi Claudia!

Merry Christmas! We wanted to send you a Moose aka “Yelper” update!

We love our boy so much. He is smart, wild, talkative, loyal, and LOVES to work.

In 2020, Moose got his AKC Good Citizen title and AKC Novice Trick Dog title. This boy is also training with the Whidbey Island Search Dogs team! He is an excellent air scent dog and can find someone lost in the woods off trail, in the dark, and refind after alerting his handler (Cody, AKA Dad) with a great big shove! His teammates say that waiting for Moose to find them is like watching a T Rex from Jurassic Park rumble through the trees!

Moose also has quite the fan club in our neighborhood on base. When we take him out for walks the neighborhood kiddos come running out of their houses yelling “MOOSE!!” and greeting him with hugs which he gladly accepts.

He can “place” on just about any object high or low. He still loves swimming, running and hiking. Our 90lb Moose also loves to sleep with his daddy on the recliner.

Moose has the biggest and quirkiest personality. When he playful growls he rolls his tongue so it sounds like a “purr”. He lovingly steals the shoe of anyone who enters the house and carries it around for them.

Thank you again for our sweet boy he brings so much joy to our lives! We attached some pictures of him this year and a video of him doing some air scent training at night!

Love, Jenny, Cody, and Moose
